After the order is successfully submitted, you can cancel the store’s own merchandise orders and the merchandise orders sold by some third-party sellers.

Note: Once the order cancellation application is submitted successfully, it will not be able to be modified or restored. Please exercise caution.

1. After submitting the order cancellation application, the system will confirm the location of the package, and will process a refund for you after successful interception. If the cancellation of the order fails, the order will continue to be delivered for you, and you can sign for or reject it as needed.

2. If the order contains promotional items such as gifts, events, coupons, etc., if the main item order is cancelled, the associated promotional items will also be cancelled.

3. For orders that have been received, please apply for repair/return.

订单提交成功后，您可取消商城自营商品订单及部分第三方卖家出售的商品订单。

注：订单取消申请一旦提交成功，将无法进行任何修改或恢复，请您谨慎操作。
1、提交订单取消申请后，系统会确认包裹位置，拦截成功之后会为您办理退款。若订单取消失败，订单会继续为您配送，您可根据需要签收或拒收。
2、订单若包含赠品、活动、优惠券等促销活动商品，若主商品订单取消，关联促销商品也将取消。
3、已确认收货的订单，请申请返修/退换货。
