Return and exchange application

1. If there is a problem with the product, you can operate the return and exchange operation

1. Within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the goods, if the customer finds that the goods have quality problems, please contact the customer service center for confirmation.

2. The customer service center will arrange door-to-door processing within one week after accepting your replacement application. In case of special circumstances, it will be notified in advance.


2. In one of the following situations, the mall does not bear the responsibility for return or exchange

1. Any goods not purchased from this mall.

2. Any product with quality problems caused by improper use or storage by the customer.

3. Any product that exceeds the shelf life due to customer reasons.

4. Only the gifts have problems and do not affect the use or consumption of the main commodities.

一、若商品存在问题,可以操作进行退换货操作
1、自货物签收之日起48小时内,若客户发现商品存在质量问题,请与客服中心联系确认。
2、客服中心在受理您的换货申请后一周内安排上门处理,遇特殊情形需延期处理的将会提前通知。

二、存在以下情形之一的,商城不承担退换货责任
1、任何非购自本商城的商品。
2、任何因客户使用或保管不当导致出现质量问题的商品。
3、任何因客户原因导致超过保质期的商品。
4、仅赠品存在问题,且不影响主要商品使用或食用的。
