If the customer finds that the goods have quality problems, they should stop using them immediately, and can directly contact the mall customer service center within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the goods. If it is confirmed that it is a quality problem, the customer can choose to exchange the product, and the mall will provide new products with the same specifications and quantity as the original products for replacement.
1. In one of the following situations, the "Mall" shall not be liable for replacement
1. Any product not purchased from the mall.
2. Any product with damaged packaging or quality problems caused by improper use or storage by the customer.
3. Any product that exceeds the shelf life due to customer reasons.
若客户发现商品存在质量问题应立即停止使用,自货物签收之日起48小时内可直接与商城客服中心取得联系。经检测确属质量问题的,客户可以选择换货,本商城将提供与原商品同规格同数量的新品进行更换。
一、存在以下情形之一的,“商城”不承担换货责任
1、任何非购自商城商品。
2、任何因客户使用或保管不当导致出现包装破损或质量问题的商品。
3、任何因客户原因导致超过保质期的商品。
