Return and exchange process 1. Within 48 hours after the receipt of the goods, if the customer finds that the goods have quality problems, please contact the customer service center for confirmation.
2. The customer service center will arrange door-to-door processing within one week after accepting your return application. In case of special circumstances, it will be notified in advance.
3. If the return conditions are met, the customer service center will confirm it and arrange a refund according to the original payment method and original route. For orders paid online, we will inject the refund into the original payment account within 15 working days. For orders paid by remittance, the refund will be remitted to the original remitter of the original remittance bank. Cash on delivery orders will be returned in cash.

3、符合退货条件的,客服中心予以确认,并按原支付方式和原路径安排退款。在线支付的订单,我们会在15个工作日内将退款注入至原支付账户。汇款支付的订单,将退款汇至原汇款银行的原汇款人处。货到付款的订单,以现金形式返还。
