4. During the dispute resolution period, the mall's online customer service system, e-mail, SMS or phone call, etc., send reminders or notices related to dispute resolution to both buyers and sellers, which constitute an effective part of this specification.

5. The mall has the right to change this specification at any time and make an announcement on the website. If the buyer and (or) the merchant disagree with the relevant changes, the dispute can be resolved through negotiation or other channels.
